SHIPPING COSTS
	We ship WORLDWIDE. Shipping & Handling is one charge per order. The system calculates S&H according to the delivery address and the weight of the package. It is aproximately 8% of the order amount.
DELIVERY TIME:
	We aim to process all orders within 24 hours and to dispatch them within the following 3 working days (this excludes orders with brushstrokes, oil paintings and framed art). Brushstrokes effects are individualy hand-applied to the print after it is ordered. We aim to dispatch orders with brushstroke effects within 5 working days. This extra time is needed not only to apply the effect but also to allow the textured coat to be completely dry before dispatching. Actual transit time averages from 5 to 7 working days in the USA and 7 to 10 working days to the rest of the world.
EXPRESS DELIVERY:
	If you are in a hurry to receive your order you may want to choose our Express Delivery option (an additional $30 charge applies on top of our standard shipping and handling charges). Express Delivery would reduce the typical delivery transit time down to only 2 to 3 working days from the day your order is shipped (normal delivery transit time is 5 to 7 working days). SHIPPING METHOD:
	We ship via UPS Air Mail. You will get your delivery from your local postal service. No tracking number is provided.
COUNTRIES SERVED:
	We ship worldwide to all countries.
RETURN POLICY
	If you are not fully satisfied you can return the print(s) to us within the next 15 days of the delivery date. A full refund for the price of the print(s) will be credited to your credit card account, no questions asked. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. NOTE: Special orders like Custom Sizes or Oil Paintings carry a full replacement guarantee against materials or manufacturing defects. But please note that these items specially made as per the customer’s requirements are not returnable for any other reason.
RETURNING INSTRUCTIONS:
	In order for us to process a refund or exchange please note that you must previously contact us via email at returns@van-gogh-on-canvas.com and request a Return Authorization Number. We will promptly reply with the appropriate returning instructions and authorization number.
